SMRC Part Of Winning CIOSP3 Team



SMRC eligible to compete for CIO-SP3 Task Orders for 10 years

Ashburn, VA, MAY 25, 2012 – SMRC, as part of the Wyle Team, was awarded the Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) contract vehicle by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Assessment and Acquisition Center (NITACC).

The contract replaces CIO-SP2i and offers a new round of awardees with the opportunity to seize the vehicle’s status as a Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) and use it as a mechanism to conduct business in the federal market. With a 10-year period of performance and a total ceiling value of $20 billion, SMRC intends to develop a long-term strategic marketing plan that helps the Wyle Team emerge as one of the top competitors under the contract.
